Wish you had this comp last year. Does mine from last year still count?

Unfortunately didn't make it up this year due to a couple of hassles.  >:( Fully hope to make it next year though.

I thought I'd give this TR a plug - it's a fairly epic journey through Japan resorts beginning in Myoko. Makes me even madder I couldn't come this season. Enjoy!

Hey BB. Long time no hear from. I was wondering if you'd made it up this season or not. Yep, been reading that journal by Rabid. Excellent piece of work.  ;D Cheers, MG

P.S. Sorry, can't put you in for the book but keep an eye out before next season as we will have a lot of other prizes/comps coming up.

Yep I third the plug of Rabid's TR. Epic stuff and a great read. I think there is one more chapter left.

Hi Bill,

If you're after steeps the Myoko is not the place, although Akakura does have "The Wall" which is the steepest in central Japan. Can't really comment on skiing as I only pulled them out again last season for the first time in about 15 years. Teaching my little one is a bit hard on a snowboard. It really depends what you're after. I love trees and powder and so Myoko suits me fine.  ;D

Cheers, MG
